Beef Tallow

Our small-batch beef tallow is made from the kidney suet of 100% grass-fed, grass-finished Carman Ranch cows raised without antibiotics or hormones.

Great for cooking at high temperatures, baking and--for some--skincare, tallow is an anti-inflammatory and contains monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which are considered healthier. It also contains fat-soluable vitamins that are vital to immune support, bone health, cellular function and skin health. That nutrient profile becomes more expansive in 100% grass-fed and grass-finished animals.
