Tenderloin Filet Steaks (2-pack)
The tenderloin, popularly know as filet mignon, is the most tender cut of meat on the cow. A cross-cut of the long, boneless tenderloin muscle, it is also the most lean of the trinity of premium steaks (New York and ribeye are the other two).
Each package contains two 5-ounce filets.
