Small but mighty, our team is scattered across the PNW, and each of us wears multiple hats, making the task of assigning titles a challenge. Instead, here's a brief description of how our team members contribute to the three distinct sales channels in which Carman Ranch sells beef.
CORY CARMAN

Owner and the 4th generation of her family to operate Carman Ranch, Cory leads our team and the producer group and is a key player in connecting regional networks in support of regenerative agriculture.
TED BELLINGER
WHIDBEY ISLAND, WA
If we had to give him a title, Ted is our CFO, but he's much more than a numbers guy. As a strategic finance professional focused on the sustainable food industry, Ted's prior experience is invaluable to our team.
ANNAROSE ADAMS
SALEM, OR
A supply chain professional focused on building resilient sustainable operations, AnnaRose is our wholesale manager. She works closely with everyone from our rancher group partners, to our processor, to our distributor and wholesale accounts.
CODY DREY
LA GRANDE, OR
Cody is our Chief of Staff. His background in team development, coaching and operations management across a variety of industries helps us to improve productivity, both within our team and the larger company.

Our fulfillment, delivery and sales lead, Tom is responsible for moving our products between our various locations and sales channels, and getting them to our customers.
He plays an integral role in our cow share program as well.

One part writer, one part chef, one part marketing & PR enthusiast, Ellen does a little bit of everything and is behind all of the communications from Carman Ranch.
